James "Jay Lyriq" Cohen, Jr. is a native of Tallahassee FL. Jay Lyriq is an award winning vocalist and award winning platinum song writer. Jay Lyriq along with T-pain appeared and performed on The “Jay Leno Show, The Jimmy Kimmel Show, 50th Grammy Awards Show, 51st Grammy Awards Show, The 2006 London Mobo Awards, BET's 106 & Park, the BET Awards, 106 & Park new years eve party 2014.” Jay-Lyriq's vocals proceeded to be featured on T-Pain's Epiphany & Three Ringz, along with co-writing accreditation for songs entitled "Tallahassee Love, 69, Tipsy, and Reality Show." As Jay-Lyriq talent progressed he co-wrote and performed for the movie, "Step Up 2" featured song, "In the Club" Jay -Lyriq has teamed up with T-Pain co-writting the new single “UP DOWN”. Now He Pursues On His Own With His New Single “Money” Featuring Shorty Mack And Produced By Dj Mustard.
