Brooklyn Hip Hop Balance Restored: @DymeADuzin x @WatiHeru - Enter the Crown

For a long time there seemed to be a little friction among hardcore Hip Hop fans and the new generation of Hip Hop artists coming out of the Empire State. Quietly building, creating, and growing that whole time, was Brooklyn emcee Dyme-A-Duzin. As fans struggled to find a balance between old and new school artists, Dyme-A-Duzin works intently on maintaining that BK vibe. "Enter the Crown" produced by Hiko Momji, is Dyme's second single from his upcoming "Crown Fried" EP slated for release later this year. The 7 track EP is laced by Dyme's 116O squad including the artist featured on Enter the Crown, Wati Heru. Born of the block 1160 Eastern Parkway, Dyme's 5 man crew 116O brings a wave of energy that commands respect. Lyrically flexing on his BK Don ish, the purposefully titled street single "Enter the Crown" is a testament to Dyme's reflection and deeper connections. You can actually hear the coarsely chiseled experience and state of awareness in Dyme's flow. Reaching new levels of personal and professional maturity is clearly influencing the Dyme-A-Duzin sound.
